Here at Duarte Nursery we are very cognizant that the relationships we build foster healthier businesses for everyone. We make a point of celebrating these relationships every year with our Friend’s Day, usually the first Friday in May. This event has grown in size every year, and we hosted over 1100 people for this year’s event!
Friend’s Day is the perfect day for touring our nursery. We offer two different tours; the Grapevine Production tour, and the Tree Production tour. On the Grapevine tour we will take you through the whole grafting process, as well as into the greenhouses. On the Tree Production tour, we take you through our state-of-the-art Lab, and you can see and learn about our how our clonal rootstocks are produced.
The industry tradeshow is a crowd favorite! Agriculture companies throughout the State, set up booths and display their products, services, and technologies.
The tradeshow is held in our main production building, and also has equipment exhibitors outside. You can walk through the tradeshow, meet with our staff, drink wine, and view displays set up by our industry friends.
We have two large wine bars, and serve numerous wines and varietals. Sip your wine from our custom made Duarte Nursery ‘Cheers to your good health!’ wineglasses.
